Why workout by yourself when you can workout with a friend? Partner workouts are a great way to keep fitness fun and social. Besides, friends who sweat together, stay together! It’s well known that when we have someone to be accountable to, we tend to be better about following through with goals, and exercise is no exception. Having a partner in crime (and sweat) is a great way to keep you motivated, and it’s great if you can to find a partner who shares some of the same goals and expectations.

If you usually go to meet your friends for a coffee, which we strongly encourage, try turning some of those social engagements into a fitness date. We’ve put together a few examples of exercises you can do with a partner anytime and anywhere. Sure, all of these can be done on your own, but there’s something about the camaraderie of a partner workout that makes it so much easier. You can do these exercises with or without equipment, using your own body weight for resistance and strength training. Check out our video for more exercises to do with your workout buddy!
