Let them sit in the freezer for at least 2 hours (you’ll probably want to store a few in the freezer so you won’t have to wait 2 hours for this trick to work). Then, apply the strips to your cheeks, forehead, and eyelids. Keep the strips in place until you feel your muscles start to relax.
