1. Eat Watermelon
Oftentimes, headaches are caused by dehydration. When you eat water-rich foods like watermelon, you are relieving your pain by rehydrating your whole body. Other water-rich foods to try are grapefruits, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, and green peppers. All of these foods have a 90% water content or higher!
2. Drink A Cup Of Coffee
One of the causes of headache pain is from expanding blood vessels. Coffee is high in caffeine, which constricts blood vessels, and brings them back down to normal size. Other highly-caffeinated beverages to try include green tea, energy drinks, or soda. Just don’t drink too much, or else you’ll get headaches from the withdrawals!
